Course Description

We're diving into the world of ancient civilizations! Each class in this ten-week course will include: • a fascinating visual presentation about an ancient civilization and culture • discussion time where students can share what they know about each culture • hands-on projects that include a lot of coloring, cutting, and pasting At the end of each class, students will have the opportunity to showcase their finished projects. ★ A book purchase is required for this class, from which you will make copies for each class: BOOK TITLE: History Pockets: Ancient Civilizations, Grades 1-3 See Evan-Moor copyright permission below: "You do not need permission to copy materials...if you wish to reproduce pages from Evan-Moor books that belong to you for use in a single classroom.
