Each week, we become explorers, detectives, or inventors, breaking down and solving fun story-based challenges step by step. Through drawing, teamwork, and creative problem-solving, every learner uses their God given natural gifts!

Course Description

Neurodivergent Friendly! New Mission Every Session! Join us once or twice a week for exciting, hands-on math missions that take students beyond the classroom! Each week, we explore a new theme, from LEGO escape rooms to space exploration, where students solve puzzles, calculate distances, and crack codes — all while having a blast. Two missions, same theme, different challenges. Example: Mission 1: Space Missions: Math to the Rescue: Repair Your Ship! Mission 2: Space Missions: Plot Your Course Through the Stars! Perfect for kids who love hands-on learning, brain teasers, and math adventures. Attend one class or both — every mission is a new story, new challenges, and new fun! We will step into exciting adventures as problem-solvers, explorers, and detectives, and tackle some math challenges. Each class begins with a quick warm-up puzzle, then moves into a story-driven problem that we break down step by step. Along the way, students get to showcase their problem-solving skills in the way that works best for them—whether it’s drawing, writing, talking it out, or something else. With a balance of structure and imagination, this class is designed to engage all types of learners, including those who are neurodivergent, as every child can choose their own path to a solution by joining forces and collaborating. Syllabus

We will have different themes for our problem - solving situations every week such as: - Space Explorers - Treasure Hunters - Hero Quest - Escape Room - Math Detectives

Supplies

Paper or dry erase board and writing/drawing utensils, ruler, any other math tools your child use (they can bring whatever they need!)
