Learn about hope from Hopie the Hedgehog and her friends in this fun character-building class. We will also be making a hedgehog!
Hopie the Hedgehog has much to teach us about the virtue of hope as she navigates her relationships with her friends in the Land of Virtues. "Hopie the Hedgehog is feeling rather sad. With nothing to look forward to, she feels more bad than glad. "Ho-hum," says Hopie Hedgehog, with her brown eyes to the ground, "my life feels simply average, there is no fun to be found." Join us in class to hear the rest of the story! We will read the cute original story and briefly discuss how we can apply hope in our own lives. This is a great way for learners to practice listening comprehension. For the hands-on craft project, we will make a clay hedgehog. At the end of class, learners will have the opportunity to showcase their finished hedgehogs during Show-and-Tell. Stories and crafts are a fun and memorable way to build character. Don't miss the other character-building classes in the Epic Virtue Adventures series! Would you like to request that a certain virtue be included in the series? Simply send me a message!
The story of Hopie the Hedgehog is faith-based with a Christian worldview.
