Course Description

God has commanded us to love one another. Students will learn why we celebrate St. Valentine's Day and enjoy a visual presentation of classic artwork and poetry that exemplify kind behavior. Students will make valentines to give to family and friends.

Content Considerations

Minimal details will be shared about the life of St. Valentine. We will simply discuss how Valentine's Day was celebrated in honor of a martyr named Valentine, and later as a celebration of love between family and friends.
