Build character while having fun in this story-telling and craft-making class. This class is perfect for those who love to be creative!
Learners will immerse themselves in the character-building fable, The Fox Who Had Lost His Tail, while making a simple fox craft. We will discuss the moral of the fable⎯Misery loves company⎯and discuss how it applies to our lives. Skills needed for the craft include cutting, folding paper, and gluing, all of which are great ways to improve fine motor skills. Show-and-Tell at the end of class will give each learner the opportunity to share their finished project with fellow classmates. Who knew that character-building could be so much fun?! NOTE: This class is part of a series of classes centered around Aesop's fables. Be sure to check out the other Aesop's Fable classes in this series!
